There are a lot of gluten free cereals out there and it's hard to decide which one to buy because if you're like me, you've been burned a few times by buying a cereal that you thought would taste good, but ended up tasting like cardboard or worse.
I have a thing for corn flakes, and not just any corn flakes, but specifically Kellogg's Corn Flakes. They are a thing of beauty in my eyes. Since being gluten free I haven't been able to find a good gf cereal that compares. The closest I've come is Nature's Path Honey'd Corn Flakes. They aren't quite as delicate as Kellogg's flakes are, but they do have a pretty good texture. They are also slightly sweetened which makes them a bit more appealing. They definitely aren't Frosted Flakes though, so don't get your hopes up. :)
Overall they are pretty enjoyable and stand up well to milk. They taste pretty good with vanilla soy milk too, if you're looking for additional sweetness.
