Hi - I'm misterbelly!
That's right, this "mister" is a chick and a mommy of a toddler to boot! I split my time between Connecticut and NYC for work, and even though I was born and raised in the city, I absolutely adore the suburbs. I've been gluten-free for over 6 years now and while it started out as a huge adjustment, it's now pretty much second nature. I love finding new and interesting gluten-free products and restaurants and helping other gluten-free foodies out there find tasty morsels to chow down on. I'm one of those gf people that gets really excited when tasting food that closely mimics non-gf items, so if you're like me, read my blog and hopefully you'll discover some new treats you haven't tried before or even find a great recipe!
